Tom is a graduate of Seneca's Resource Management program, specializing in environmental-based Civil Engineering. He holds a diploma in Civil Engineering and brings over 25 years of industry experience, particularly in project management and navigating provincial and municipal approval processes. Throughout his career, Tom has successfully led numerous small and medium-sized land development projects. His expertise now centers on real estate land development, project management, and securing approvals. Known for his collaborative nature and attentiveness to clients' needs, Tom builds strong, trusting relationships with a foundation of integrity and a commitment to providing clear, direct guidance and recommendations. Outside of work, Tom enjoys fishing in and around the Kawartha Lakes region and crafting innovative meals for his family and friends.

Archer
Vanessa is a graduate of the Graphic Design program at George Brown College. She worked as the Vice President of Education and Communications Coordinator for the Student Association at the College immediately upon graduating until she moved back to her hometown roots of Lindsay, where she worked as the Tradeshow Coordinator and in house graphic designer for Holsag Canada for 7 years. Her strong computer and graphics training background was an easy switch to begin as a CAD technician with TD Consulting INC. Over the past 7 years, Vanessa has been an asset in growing the Company from one employee to the current business, wearing many different hats along the way. Most recently her title is Project Manager and Office Coordinator.
Outside of the office you can find her at the baseball field during the summer months, and the hockey arena during the winter months (playing and watching the sports she loves). Born and raised in Kawartha Lakes, she is heavily involved in the local community as a member of the Lindsay Optimist Club and Billet Coordinator for the Lindsay Jr. A Muskies.

Fegan
Nick Fegan holds a double major in Psychology and Environmental Governance, a multidisciplinary program combining political science, economics, and geography, from the University of Guelph, where he graduated in 2012. He furthered his education by earning a Master of Science in Rural Planning from the same institution in 2015. His thesis examined alternative construction materials for residential housing, aiming for cost-effective, eco-friendly solutions on a large scale. Nick’s academic pursuits were complemented by a strong interest in community sustainable development, closed-loop systems, and the integration of technology in these areas. In 2022, Nick began working with TD Consulting INC. to become more actively involved in the development industry. Since then, he has played a key role as a Project Manager in overseeing projects from concept to completion across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Dhavnil
Thakkar
Dhavnil completed his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering in India before relocating to Canada in 2022 to explore new professional opportunities. To deepen his expertise in construction methods and practices specific to North America, he pursued further studies in a Civil Engineering Technician program in Canada.
In addition to his technical background, Dhavnil has a strong interest in fitness science. He earned a Diploma in Personal Training, Sports Nutrition, and Special Population Training. He also founded a startup called “Sapienletic,” under which he provided training services. While Dhavnil has a solid foundation in fitness science, his passion for Civil Engineering led him to work as a Road Construction Junior Inspector for an independent quality assurance firm reporting directly to the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario (MTO). .In 2023, Dhavnil was presented with an opportunity to join TD Consulting INC, where he is a Project Co-ordinator. His role primarily involves AutoCAD design, an essential component of land development projects, and he actively participates in project management activities.
